Goodbye facebook (for now)

Well, I finally took the leap and deactivated my facebook account. It was too much of a distraction for me and was frequently more of an irritation and frustration rather than a joy. So I'm going to see what life is like without the FB. Now my poor neglected blog can get some much needed love and attention. I would still like to post some occasional pictures and videos and maybe share some silly or interesting thoughts. So bookmark me and check in every once in a while for some hopefully entertaining antics.

As a reintroduction to blogging, I'll start by sharing a cute video of Joseph and Claire.  Hopefully posts will keep coming at a frequency of more than 1 per year.  We'll see.....
